Anywyse is based in the The Netherlands so your information will be collected and processed in the Europe which has its own laws governing data protection and access to it, including by the government. If you reside outside of the The Netherlands, be advised that the rules that protect your personal information under Dutch law.


The privacy of children is of the utmost importance, and we are committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). This Site does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 13. If we ever discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from children under the age of 13, we will delete it as soon as possible. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that we have collected personal information from your child under the age of 13, please email us at, and we will take steps to delete such personal information as soon as possible.
